Fun Facebook Status Tricks

When you look around, people on Facebook not only have the best status updates, but they tend to use some creative tricks to make their updates stand out. You might observe a heart (♥) or an umbrella (☂) in the status updates. There are plenty of cool Facebook tricks that you too can try to make your updates more interesting. For example, you can type your status updates upside down by using Flip Facebook Status or Rotate Text and Turn Your Status Update Upside Down and type in your status. Then you need to click Flip and you will get the result in the box below. Just copy and paste it in your Facebook status bar. Watch your friends tilt their heads to read your status update.

You maybe aware of tagging friends in photos, but did you know you can even tag them in your status? Well, all you need to do is type "@username" and your friend will be tagged to your status update. There are no spaces before or after the tag, that is between '@' and your friend's name. Or else it won't work.

You can even add events as your status. You just need to click on the icon below your status box that has a small number 31 on it. The calendar will open and you need to type in the title, location and the event date here. Once you complete adding the information, click on share button. You can share some of your favorite music videos as your cool Facebook status. All you need to do is click on the small arrow pointing downwards under your status box. This will lead to a drop-down list, where you will find an option that says 'music'. Once selected you will need to type in the name of the song you wish to share and click the share button when found. That's all you need to do to share your favorite music pieces.
